River Colne at Hythe Quay
New apartments are being completed on the east bank of the river. The river here is tidal, but the tide is low. This exposes the mudflats.

Sailing barge, The Hythe, Colchester
With no visible name, although it appears to be a going concern, or nearly so. Rigged like a Thames barge, its hull shape suggests it was not built as such.
