Bishop's Stortford: South Street Maltings
This is the rear of the former malthouse complex viewed from the new Goods Yard Footbridge over the River Stort. The massive brick building dates from 1897, while the black building to the left was built in 1857. There is an earlier malthouse from 1843 to the right that is unfortunately out of sight.
