Each had three bedrooms, front and back garden, mains sanitation, parlour, kitchen and scullery. Grade II listed.

Dated 1898. Red stone from the Price's Patent Candle Company's quarry. Next door is the former chapel, built in 1889-90 by a Mr Leach from London. Grade II listed.
