Pillbox (Type FW3/24): DoB ID: S0015716
A type 24 pillbox overlooking the main road on a grass bank on the E side of New Chester Road, north of Bromborough Pool Bridge. It was positioned to provide enfilading fire along the road. This is the first of three extant pillboxes to be found in New Chester Road.
