Start of causeway to Sully Island, Swanbridge
The causeway is exposed at low tide; photograph taken on the ebbing tide about two and half hours to low water. The stone seawall appears recent.

The Captain's Wife, Swanbridge
Large pub on the coast at the eastern end of Beach Road, opposite Sully Island. The pub's website records that the Captain's Wife was originally Sully House, owned by a captain. According to legend, when his wife died, her body was kept in a box that was mistaken for treasure and stolen.
