Llandaff Technical College - test engine
The position is an approximation as the centre of the campus. The Technical College was founded in 1954 and is now part of Cardiff Metropolitan University. This little Bryan Donkin horizontal single cylinder steam engine was used for teaching thermodynamics. It has since ben removed and I do not know its current location. It was demonstrated in steam for us one evening after a trip down from Worcestershire in the pouring rain especially to see it.
