Junction Cottages and the railway bridge
Just south of here the line from Ely divided, the west curve leading to Newmarket and Cambridge, the east curve to the Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket line. Only the Bury line survives.

Footpath over the Godolphin estate
Gate 5 on Snailwell Road near Newmarket gives race horses access to part of the Godolphin Stables and gallops. There is also access to a public footpath here. http://www.godolphin.com/AboutUs.aspx
