Minerva Way is part of a late 1970s housing development with Roman themed street names. 25 years of tree growth has almost obliterated the view of the houses, and pavement safety barriers have also proliferated.

No dumping in the recycling centre!
The sign on Image The small print:
"Please DO NOT deposit late at night to avoid disturbing nearby residents. DO NOT dump any waste as this is illegal and carries a fine upto £20,000. Please always deposit material in the banks, do not leave in bags beside the banks. In the unlikely event of the recycling banks being full please take the material home with you or utilise your kerbside collection scheme. Please leave the recycling centre tidy. The litter bins are for passing litter only, such as the bags you bring the recyclate in. The site is not a dumping ground for waste. Anyone found dumping will be prosecuted."
