This picture recreates one in Domesday Reloaded http://www.bbc.co.uk/history/domesday/dblock/GB-544000-261000/picture/3 Minerva Way is part of a late 1970s housing development with Roman themed street names. 25 years of tree growth has almost obliterated the view of the houses, and pavement safety barriers have also proliferated.
