Housing at Jeavons Lane, Great Cambourne
These houses were built by Bryant Homes and the phase number was GC02.
The bench and lamp posts were items designed specially for Cambourne and are used throughout the development.

Built by Bovis Homes Central Region c.2001 as part of phase GC04.
The canopy on the left hand house was a one-off, designed by myself.
The three-storey houses on the right were some of the first to be built by Bovis, a tentative experiment which sold very easily and became a great success, so much so that following phases had a large percentage of them.

Jeavons Lane, Great Cambourne
The houses on the right are all part of Bryant Homes phase GC02 and were some of the first houses to be completed right at the start of the Cambourne development in c.2000.
The bench has the Cambourne 'compass' logo on its side.
