Built by Bovis Homes Central Region c.2001 as part of phase GC04. The canopy on the left hand house was a one-off, designed by myself. The three-storey houses on the right were some of the first to be built by Bovis, a tentative experiment which sold very easily and became a great success, so much so that following phases had a large percentage of them.
