I believe finishing works were still taking place on the building at the time the photo was taken. The masterplan phase number for this site was CR02. The section of High Street between here and Morrisons was still devoid of buildings and not open to traffic.

Housing at Jeavons Lane, Great Cambourne
Built by Bovis Homes Central Region c.2001 as part of phase GC04.
The canopy on the left hand house was a one-off, designed by myself.
The three-storey houses on the right were some of the first to be built by Bovis, a tentative experiment which sold very easily and became a great success, so much so that following phases had a large percentage of them.
