Entering Pampisford on Town Lane
This is the southern approach to the village from the A505. Stench pipe enthusiasts may find this picture of interest as the slightly-leaning pipe on the corner of Glebe Crescent is made of concrete rather than the usual cast iron.

Pampisford: The Old Rectory
Ancient timbering is exposed on the ground floor, with the former doorway to the left. It ceased to be the rectory in 1840 and was subsequently called Post Office Cottage. It is Grade II listed - http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-52042-the-old-rectory-6-pampisford
