Hildersham: contrasting styles
Mabbutts, the pink timber-framed house, dates from the mid 16th century and is Grade II* listed. Image] is a closer look at it. The terraces were probably built in the 19th century.

Hildersham: Holy Trinity
A flint church, some of which dates from the 13th and 14th centuries, with a lot of Victorian work, including gloomy glass and a painted chancel. Two 14th-century carved oak effigies, which Nikolaus Pevsner thought excellent, were stolen from the church in 1977.
