The Quaker Meeting House, Alston
The Quaker Meeting House, on Front Street at Alston, is built at right angles to road and faces south. This Grade II listed building was built in 1732 as indicated on the lintel over the gabled porch. It was originally a single storey building; the first floor was added in 1764.
