Not been able to find a building date for this pub, but it was acquired by the "State Management" scheme in April 1917 and not returned to private ownership until circa 1973. The pub is currently closed and believed to be for sale.

Stag Inn, Low Crosby
The villages of Low and High Crosby are now bypassed by the A689. Hadrians Wall National Trail which runs 84 miles from Bowness-on-Solway to Wallsend passes along the road through the village.
