Built in 1855 as a house with shop adjoining. The incorporation of decorative ceramic tiling in the pilasters from the carriage doorway suggests a slightly later date for the shop front. Listed Grade II.

Early 19th century house in Flemish bond with light headers. The 2nd storey windows have been rebuilt to original specification having been widened in the 20th century. Listed Grade II.
