Butcher's shop, Boroughgate, Appleby in Westmorland
T.M. Ewbank is a traditional butcher's shop named in a recent Times article as one of the top ten butchers in the country. Much of their meat is from local animals raised and slaughtered by the family business. The experience was said to be 'joyful to behold, delicious to eat'.
