Greystoke School
A local authority funded co-educational primary school with nursery provision, located in Icold Road, Greystoke. There are currently 30 pupils on roll. The school building has the date 1838 inscribed on the gable end wall, and the school and its pupils celebrated its 180th anniversary in 2018 with a series of special projects. Centre of Greystoke village
Greystoke is a charming Cumbrian village with post office, pub, primary school and church. The oak tree on the village green (pictured) was planted in 1977 by John Sealby, chairman at the time of Greystoke Parish Council, in commemoration of the silver jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II.
