Block 1 involves change of use from existing building (13 Wellington Park) to provide 6 No apartment, demolition of rear return and replacement with 3 storey extension. Block 2 involves construction of 6 no apartments in 3 1/2 storey block in rear of No 13, with access from Wellesley Avenue. 13 Wellington Park Belfast BT9 6DJ including lands to the rear of 13+ 15 Wellington Park located between No's 16B + 18 Wellesley Avenue and opposite No's 17 19 21 + 23 Wellesley Avenue Belfast” and “LA04/2016/2449/DCA Demolition of existing 3 storey rear return to 13 Wellington Park with partial demolition of 1 storey rear return to 15 Wellington Park. 13 Welington [sic] Park Belfast BT9 6DJ including lands to the rear of 13-15 Wellington Park Located between No's 16b and 18 Wellesley Avenue and opposite No's 17 19 21 and 23 Wellesley Avenue Belfast”.

A large Victorian house, which seems to have been built between 1880 and 1890 (possibly originally no 5), subsequently converted to offices and now vacant. Offered for sale or to let and described by the agents as “The subject property comprises a three storey office building directly fronting Wellington Park. The building benefits from private car parking to the front for approximately 4 No. cars. There is potential to extend the building to the rear to create further office accommodation (subject to planning)”. This photograph appears as a matter of record only.
