One of Lord Brownlow's failed projects to inject life into the poor North Armagh Montiaghs area. Still a tiny yet quaint village at the end of the road from Derrytrasna.

Charletown - or Bannfoot lies at the end of the road from Lurgan and Derrytrasna. At one point, you could have embarked on the Bannfoot Ferry which crossed the River Bann to Maghery.
