Lisahally level crossing near Londonderry
The railway between Coleraine and Londonderry is level for most of its 33 miles and can “boast” as many level crossings (public and accommodation) as any railway in Lincolnshire. The Lisahally crossing was also a block post and passing loop on the single line. The signalman is preparing to exchange the single-line tablet with the conductor of the 08.05 from Belfast York Road.
