M2 near Templepatrick (1)
This section of the M2 opened in 1971. In this view towards Belfast it is looking much quieter than usual for a Saturday (the heavy rain might have deterred people from venturing outdoors). There is also a fair amount of spray. The photo was taken from the Paradise Walk road bridge near Parkgate (often pronounced “Pargate”). See also Image
