Property at 135A-137 Ballymacash Road, Lisburn, advertised for sale and described by the agents as “A site of c. 0.25 acres which currently presents two derelict semi-detached properties, previously utilised as a local ‘corner shop’ and attached dwelling. The site was previously refused planning for 8no. 2 bedroom apartments in February 2009 (Application S/2008/0403/F). However may be suitable for similar schemes of fewer units (Subject to Planning)”. Bend and speed limit signs, Ballymacash, Lisburn (March 2016)
Although a generally well-aligned “A” road, the twisting rural south eastern end of the Glenavy Road, Lisburn is subject to speed limits of 40 and 50 mph. This is the start of the 40 just past Glenwood Court.
