Property at 135A-137 Ballymacash Road, Lisburn, advertised for sale and described by the agents as “A site of c. 0.25 acres which currently presents two derelict semi-detached properties, previously utilised as a local ‘corner shop’ and attached dwelling. The site was previously refused planning for 8no. 2 bedroom apartments in February 2009 (Application S/2008/0403/F). However may be suitable for similar schemes of fewer units (Subject to Planning)”.
