The completed Block “B” (second right - behind the footbridge) seen from Royal Avenue. The Metropole and Orpheus Buildings (left) and the footbridge remain but are due for demolition in due course. The Art College, Belfast (2013)
The site between the Dunbar Link and Curtis Street has now been cleared. This is a temporary view of the Art College which will disappear when the new buildings are erected on the old site. The college looks much bigger and more impressive from this angle.

York House (middle, last seen in Image (March 2010)) and the Play Board building Image (left), York Street are included in the redevelopment proposal. For the record York House was once Malcolm Templeton’s (later Billy McCosh’s) Alfa Romeo showroom back in the days when there were car dealers in the city centre.
