York House (middle, last seen in Image (March 2010)) and the Play Board building Image (left), York Street are included in the redevelopment proposal. For the record York House was once Malcolm Templeton’s (later Billy McCosh’s) Alfa Romeo showroom back in the days when there were car dealers in the city centre.
