The main entrance to the Clifton Nursing Home in Hopewell Avenue
The Clifton Nursing Home whose origins go back to the 18thC is a purpose built 100 bed unit opened in June 2001. It is operated by Runwood Group which has 65 homes in England and Northern Ireland.

Belfast: Clifton Street Orange Hall
This building, at 82-84 Clifton Street, is in something of a sorry state. It is dated 1690 below the horse, though some Internet investigations suggest that it was built around 1860.

'H block and Watchtower' mural on the Hopewell Estate
This Loyalist mural dates from 2003. It celebrates the release of UDA and UFF prisoners from the H-block in 2000. The acronyms UDA, UFF and LPOW have since been removed. The black building behind is the Mater Hospital.

The non-aligned " '69 Gold Rush" mural in Hopewell Crescent,
1869 saw a gold rush in both California and Scotland. As a part of Re-imaging Communities Programme this non-aligned mural of 2009 replaced an earlier Loyalist'Scottish Brigade' mural.

Lt-Col William 'Bucky' McCullough mural
William "Bucky" McCullough, a Loyalist icon, was an UDA (Ulster Defence Association) leader who was shot and killed by the INLA (Irish National Liberation Army) in 1981. He lived in nearby Denmark Street.
