House under construction, Westbury Park
Hmm - my first visit to Waitrose (or indeed any supermarket) since the pandemic arrived, but the house shown in Image and Image has made very little progress in at least six years. Still, to the usual list of reasons (money ran out, builder went out of business, unforeseen problems with building regs, etc) can now be added Brexit and Covid-19.

Footpath closed, Westbury Park
On Devonshire Road. You might imagine that the sign directing "pedestrians" would lead to a safely cordoned-off area. But no, you're just sent into the middle of the road, at the mercy of any passing traffic. Work seems to have been taking place here for years. Still, I'm sure it'll be a jolly fine house when it's finished, and its proximity to Waitrose (100 metres, by my reckoning) should ensure a high value.
