On Devonshire Road. You might imagine that the sign directing "pedestrians" would lead to a safely cordoned-off area. But no, you're just sent into the middle of the road, at the mercy of any passing traffic. Work seems to have been taking place here for years. Still, I'm sure it'll be a jolly fine house when it's finished, and its proximity to Waitrose (100 metres, by my reckoning) should ensure a high value.
