What town would be without?
The redevelopment of the old Dolphin Square site has brought many new opportunities. It would seem almost inevitable that there would be a Nando's and a cinema. The gym is a minor detail.

The old Dolphin Square and its many shops have gone. Now we are greeted by a modern retail centre and cinema, but there is room for more.

It's not an open plan apartment
The top floor of this building has the sky shining through it. A fire took hold of it on 28th April this year, starting in what is thought to be a pile of rubbish on the second floor. Fire crews put it out but not before the top floor roof collapsed. No-one was injured, but the building has not been repaired as yet.
