2011 : View from Hambrook Lane
From the bridge over the M32. The large blue bridge to the right carries the Wootton Bassett rail line to the Severn Tunnel over the M4. The railway embankment crosses the frame including a viaduct over the B4427.

Junction 19, M4
I've avoided titling this "Roundabout" because, as you can see in the left foreground, and as explained at Image, it's not possible to drive right round it. However, the quantity of trees juxtaposed justifies the term "wood", I think. Beyond, across the M4, are a gantry and a (blue) railway bridge carrying the main line east of Bristol Parkway.

M32 Motorway approaching the M4
There is very little manoeuvring space between junction 1 on the M32 and its terminus at the M4's junction 19. Signs indicate the correct lane by direction for traffic on both the main M32 carriageway and the entry slip road from junction 1. There is a very brief "lane gain" on the M32 under the bridge in the background which a close look reveals to be an unusually attractive concrete design.

2011 : M32 approaching the junction with the M4
Seen from the overbridge on Hambrook Lane. The bridge ahead carries the B4427 Old Gloucester Road. Image] has a similar view from a lower level. Houses on the hill further over are in Winterbourne. A few moments later it all went quiet.
