There is very little manoeuvring space between junction 1 on the M32 and its terminus at the M4's junction 19. Signs indicate the correct lane by direction for traffic on both the main M32 carriageway and the entry slip road from junction 1. There is a very brief "lane gain" on the M32 under the bridge in the background which a close look reveals to be an unusually attractive concrete design.
