Bluebell Court
This new and modern care facility was opened on 13th February, 2013. The Lord Mayor of Bristol, Councillor Peter Main, welcomed new residents into the £8.1m home with affordable rental or shared accommodation. It replaced an old sheltered housing scheme that used to be on the site from the 1970s.

Benchmark on electricity substation
Part of Stockwood shopping centre, with a substation to the rear of the shops and in the carpark. This cutmark is listed in the Database: http://www.bench-marks.org.uk/bm39858 , and is a mere youngster having been made in 1978. See Image] for a wider view.

Some of the steels are up
Work carries on with the redevelopment of the old care homes on Hollway Road. For quite a while the old rubble was cleared with a fire engine on long-term standby, as dust dampening.

Retiring for good
The two blocks of elderly residences on Hollway Road served the community for many years, but are now in the process of being demolished and rebuilt. The block next door was completely levelled and a bigger facility constructed as Bluebell Court. A similar plan awaits for these premises.
