Green Street Green Primary School
Originally built in 1908 to take older children of the existing village school (see Image and Image). Further buildings were added in 1930, 1960 and most recently in 1990 when the original school was closed.

Dowlerville Road
At its junction with Worlds End Lane. First developed around the turn of the 19th/20th centuries, the road was named after James Dowler, a sand and chalk merchant who acted as agent for some of the houses in the area.
