Bethlem Royal Hospital
Bethlem Royal Hospital main entrance is in Monks Orchard Road. The photograph shows the administrative block opened in 1930 when the hospital relocated here from its 19th Century building in Kennington (which is now the home of the Imperial War Museum). Now run by South London and Maudsley NHS Trust, it is a 750 year old psychiatric hospital foundation. Its first site was in Bishopsgate, where it became infamous as "Bedlam".

Wickham Hall, Kent Road, West Wickham
A listed building, now flats. Oddly, nearby in Sussex Road is another building also described as "Wickham Hall" - where since about 1950 West Wickham Pantomime Society perform their annual pantomime.
