Hyde Manor, The Street
The Street was for many centuries the only village street and thus the old part of the village can be found here. The manor house has an 18th century front exterior but hides a much older interior whilst the manor itself dates back to the late 13th century.

Barns, Kingston Farm
Viewed from The Street. The facing barn dates from the 18th century whilst the weatherboarded building to the right is a former granary. They are joined by a cattle shed out of shot to the right and surround a working farmyard.
