Originally known as Coldharbour Farm until the 1970s when it acquired its current name. Since the 1990s the farmland has become the Singing Hills Golf Course whilst the farm itself is now the Aviation Business Park.

Singing Hills Golf Course
The course was laid out during the 1990s on farmland once belonging to Jammeson Farm. This part of the course was once a field known as Coldharbour Field according to Albourne's 1839 tithe map. Coldharbour being the name of the farm prior to the 1970s and also an indication that a Roman road lies nearby.

27 hole golf course which is divided into three 9 hole sections called Valley, Lake and River. Opened in 1992 it is located just north of the B2117.
