Newish house, Ditchling
Built in the corner of a field on the site of a decrepit shed, it is more than it looks. It is set down in an excavation so the lower floor and garden is hidden in this view. I hope the drainage has been carefully thought out. Asking price in late 2020: £2.75 million.
