A residential road that runs between Castle Way and King's Barn Lane that was developed in the 1950s. Originally Castle Field a part of Upper Beeding's Kings Barn tithing that was transferred to Steyning in the 1980s.

Built after the First World War on the southern side of the land. The bungalow is called Laurus and was built during the 1980s.

King's Barn Lane, Steyning
The old highway linked Steyning to its old outliers to the north and for many centuries was an isolated country lane. Development began in the 1930s and was completed by the 1970s. Originally a part of Upper Beeding's Kings Barn tithing that was transferred to Steyning in the 1980s.

Castle Way, Steyning
A residential road running between Roman Road and King's Stone Avenue that had been laid out by 1932, developed on the southern side by 1946 and on the northern side by the beginning of the 1960s. Truleigh Hill can be seen in the distance. Originally Castle Field a part of Upper Beeding's Kings Barn tithing that was transferred to Steyning in the 1980s.
