Built in the 1830s as part of the Cliftonville estate. Virginia Woolf once lived at number 9 for a while when she was a child. Taken from the centre island of Kingsway, the A259.

St Aubyns, Hove
A residential street linking Kingsway, the A259, to Church Road, the B2066, that was developed in stages, the southern part in view was built in the 1860s but the northern end not completed until the 1880s. Virginia Woolf spent a number of her childhood summers at Number 9 on the right next to the black car.

The Sussex, St Catherines Terrace
Built as part of the Cliftonville estate this public house sits on the corner of Kingsway and Osborne Villas part of a small terrace that runs from St Aubyns to Medina Villas.

Seafield Cottage, Seafield Road
One of three houses that lie on the western side of Seafield Road. The eastern side is of early Victorian terraced housing. The backs of the grander terraces in St Aubyns are behind the cottage. The area between Seafield Road and St Aubyns was a small archery ground in the 1860s.
