The home of Rear Admiral Sir John Hindmarsh, founding Governor of South Australia. Lived at 30 Albany Villas, Hove. 1857-1859.

Medina Place
Small backstreet running between Hove Place and Osborne Villas. The older buildings are in the middle with newer small scale terracing to the north and Parnell Flats to the immediate right. The latter are named after Charles Stewart Prnell who lived in nearby Medina Terrace.

Hamilton Mansions, Fourth Avenue
The change in archectitectural styles is very pronounced here, with Hamilton Mansions part of the Stanford Estate built up in the late Victorian period and the houses to the west being part of the Cliftonville estate from the 1850s.

Medina Place, Hove
Small mews that connects Hove Place to Osborne Villas that was developed in the 1850s. The road is called Cliftonville Mews on the 1875 OS map but has acquired its current name by the 1898 edition. The flats on the right are Parnell Court named after Charles Stewart Parnell who lived with Kitty O'Shea in nearby Medina Terrace.

Albany Towers, St Catherine's Terrace, Hove
Located on the corner of Albany Villas and built in the 1970s on the site of two large 19th century houses, see http://regencysociety-jamesgray.com/volume12/source/jg_12_060.html for a shot taken in 1912.
