Taken from the bridlepath to the east of the built up area looking west. The backs of the houses of Sherrington Road are top right, Bexhill Drive to the left. The rest of Woodingdean can be seen in the dip in the downs. In the distant haze the shape of St Dunstans can be made out.

The near track aligning with Balsdean Road is a footpath link between Bexhill Road and a parallel bridleway behind the viewpoint.
