Woodingdean
Taken from the bridlepath to the east of the built up area looking west. The backs of the houses of Sherrington Road are top right, Bexhill Drive to the left. The rest of Woodingdean can be seen in the dip in the downs. In the distant haze the shape of St Dunstans can be made out.

Bridleway bifurcation
Rather muddy in winter, a more pleasant but steeper alternative left hand route for the walker is across a stile (out of shot to the left) into public access downland.
