Burnt House, Dukes Green
The current building dates from the 18th century and was built on the site of Place House, a much older building that burnt down in 1765. It seems to be split into two dwellings now. The building is angled away from the road having been once located at the edge of a small piece of common land called Dukes Green which is now the name applied to the small hamlet based around Frog Firle.
