Brighton College Pre-Prep School, Eastern Road, Brighton
Opened in 2006 for the juniors of St Mary's School, an independent establishment, that went bust and closed in 2009, with Roedean taking on the liabilities in return for the school sites. Brighton College acquired this one in 2011 where their pre-prep school pupils are now based.

Rosaz House
The building was originally a girl's orphanage and is now owned by Brighton & Sussex University Hospital NHS Trust as a centre for Breast Care Services
