Football match at South Downs College, Eastbourne
The match is between Chelsea Accademicals and Polegate Town FC in the Eastbourne League. Accademicals went defunct soon after, but Polegate now play at a higher level in the East Sussex Premier Division.

The fields south of Hampden Park have been its home since 1947, the club has existed since 1928 and the clubhouse on the right was constructed in 1969.

Formed in 2001 when Eastbourne Arts & Technology College and Lewes Tertiary College merged and expanded when Park College, a successful VIth form centre joined. This is the Eastbourne site and the buildings belong to the latter.

Park Lane
Built originally to link Ratton Manor with its wooded parklands that is now Hampden Park. The road has also become residential linking Decoy Roundabout on the A2021 with Willingdon Road, the A2270.
