Playground, Hamilton Lodge School, Brighton
A small playground on the western slopes of Whitehawk Hill belonging to Hamilton Lodge School, set up in 1945 to exclusively educate the deaf. The playground is accessed across a public footpath that traverses the western side of the hill and was originally a set of allotments. Beyond is the Craven Vale estate.

Former Pub, Bute Street, Brighton
The Bute Arms was located on the corner of Bute Street and Livingstone Street and was built with the street in the late 1870s. It closed in 1962 and was converted into a corner shop which has since closed too. Now a couple of dwellings.
