Southview Road
Originally built as a cul de sac in the first decade of the 20th century on a former field called The Helcombs, according to Findon's 1839 tithe map. The road has since been extended to join up with Image and Image The houses at the end are a later infill in the gardens of the latter.

Westview Terrace
A small terrace built in the late 19th century in what was known as Colonels Field, according to Findon's 1839 tithe map. The cottages I think were part of Nepcote Lodge racing stables for a number of years until its closure in 1955. The road itself joins Image a little to the south then loops round to become Image

Nepcote Lane
The section immediately to the north of Image and the junction with Cross Lane. Most of the cottages in view date from the 19th century.

Paddock Way
A private road off Nepcote lane that was developed in the early 1960s having once belonged to Nepcote Lodge racing stables that operated here from the end of the 19th century until 1955 when it closed. The field, known as Colonels Field in the 1839 Findon tithe map, was farmed for a few years then developed in the 1960s with houses fronting onto Nepcote Lane, Steep Lane as well as this private road.

Cross Lane
Despite being in the centre of the village the road still retains its rural feel with the survival of former hedgerows that have been planted with trees. There are houses beyond the foliage on both sides of the road.

Summerfields
The name of the cul de sac that is located off Nepcote Lane and was developed in the 1960s on a former field called Bolts Field, according to Findon's 1839 tithe map. The hedgerows of this three sided field are still largely in place and can be made out on aerial images.
