Vernon Gardens, Denmark Terrace, Brighton
Located on the corner of Windlesham Avenue and originally built in the first decade of the 20th century. During the 1970s numbers 3 to 5 in view were converted into sheltered housing. Numbers 1 and 2, not in shot, remain private residential dwellings.

Windlesham Gardens
Continue eastwards along Osmond Road until it changes into Windlesham Avenue and you reach a crossroads with Windlesham Road to the south and Gardens to the north. This area was built up in the early twentieth century to no one architectural style though mock tudor was popular. Montpelier Crescent (Southern side)
Continue eastwards along Windlesham Avenue until you reach a crossroads with the B2122. Head north until you reach Montpelier Crescent. Built between 1843-47 by Amon Henry Wilds on the site of an old cricket pitch which once hosted Sussex versus English Gentlemen XI. The entire crescent is listed.
